Sādhanā: 90' of Depth is a space for dedicated practitioners to explore the layers beneath the surface. Each session is designed to challenge your body, focus your mind, and anchor you in presence — through intelligent sequencing, mindful breathwork, and advanced asana exploration.
We’ll build strong foundations, refine alignment, and dive into the art of inversions, arm balances, and deeper backbends — all while staying grounded in intention and embodied awareness.
This is where strength meets softness, where discipline becomes devotion.
